INTRODUCTION

The greatest of India’s resources is in many ways

the most neglected and poorly developed. This huge
reservoir of man power which is more important and
valuable than any other resources receives little care and
conservation.
India’s population is about more than one-fifth of
the total world population.
For the attainment of economic development,
proper utilisation of both natural as well as human
resources is very much essential.
Proper utilisation of natural endowments and the
level of production of national wealth depend very much on
the extent and efficiency of human resources.
Human capital formation according to Prof. Meier
is “the process of acquiring and increasing the number
of persons who have skills, education and experience
which are critical for the economic and political
development of the country.”

THE PROJECT

INDIA being a developing economy requires its people to be

highly skilled in the work they are in to compete with other
countries globally. These facilities will add up to the
development by improving the knowledge of the people and by
providing practical exposure to them which helps them to give
best output in the jobs they are in.
We have seen that people in many organizations were doing
their works in a traditional manner even when there is a chance
to do those works in modern ways. These organizations or the
management are not aware of the modern ways and this gap
may become their weakness and may affect their business and
share in the market. This will help the organizations to develop
at a faster rate and excel over their competitors in the market
by providing best service.
Our project is not only for organizations but also for students of
various courses and levels. Our plan is to educate students of
this generation in a whole new different level which will not
only give them knowledge but also practical exposure. This will
help them to become a good knowledgeable asset to the
economy. Our idea of educating the students in this way is to
give society the students who are not only having knowledge
but also practical exposure to the environment in which they
have to work in future. This will help them to gain an advantage
over other candidates in interviews.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of this business is to share knowledge and

improve the existing levels of people who walk in by giving
them training in their desired field and increase their
productivity. Though this is a not a profit orientated project in
 the first place, it requires profit to survive and carry on business
activities. Apart from surviving it also needs to update with the
latest available equipments & resources. This all requires
profits to be earned. The profit expecting is not high but it
should help the business to expand its wings.

The present education system and the work environment are

confined to the scope of their work. This will stop the
employees and students to think beyond the scope which will
kill the creativity in that person or a student. All this will affect
the growth of economy because of confined knowledge and no
scope to think out of the box. Specifically this problem is
observed in students of present generations. They are scoring
high in exams but coming to general reasoning and practical
knowledge they are not able to score much, this is because of
restricting their scope of thinking to a particular level or a thing.
Government has already seen this problem and making many
efforts to overcome this problem. So, these facilities are the
options to this problem which will allow these students to
expand the scope of study.
Many organizations are facing the problem of continuous
advancements in the technology or the way of using existing
technology. Development of new product and/or skill is very
crucial for any organization. But they may not have
infrastructure to develop with them. All these people require a
specific place and infrastructure to do these activities.
Considering these requirements by organizations we are sure
that facilities like this are very essential in the mark

This facility contributes to the development of society in two

ways they are as follows:
a) New Product/Skill: A launch of new product is always
beneficial to the society, but this requires infrastructure
and knowledge to operate. Thus by providing
infrastructure and guiding organizations to use it may
increase the outcome of many new products which will
increase the reputation of our country in global market
and also take part in the development of organization.
b) Increasing the productivity of people: this facility is
established mainly to increase the knowledge of the
people who walks in. Not only is the knowledge thought in
this institution but also the ability to use it to our
advantage. This will increase the productivity of people.
The approach of teaching will also let students think
beyond the boundaries and improve their abilities to use
the knowledge they gain to make their own name. This will
make students more productive and increases
knowledgeable human resource to the country.
TARGETED MARKET

The main targeted groups of our facility are students, beginners

in jobs, organizations who are planning to develop a new
product or coping with existing technology.
The main targeted group is the organizations that are planning
to develop a new product. Mostly these are the people who are
in search of infrastructure than other groups.
