FACTS: Josefa Villacorte died in September 12, 1958. It was found out that she executed a last will and testament
which was attested by three instrumental witnesses namely: Atty. attorneys Justo Torres, Atty. Jose Natividad,
Atty. Vinicio Dy. The will was acknowledge by Josefa and the said 3 witnesses before Notary Public Atty Jose
Ong. The will was prepared by Atty Fermin Samson.

Issue:

W/N the failure of one of the instrumental witnesses to sign one page of the Original copy of the will affect the
validity and genuiness of the Will.
