a. Estados financieros consolidados: The financial statements of a group in
which the assets, liabilities, equity, income,
expenses and cash flows of the Controller
and its subsidiaries are presented as if they
were a single economic entity.

b. Control de una participada: An entity that controls one or more entities.

c. Grupo: A controller and all its subsidiaries.

d. Entidad de inversión: An entity that:

- Obtains funds from one or more investors
for the purpose of providing such investors
with investment management services.
- Commits itself with its investors that its
