Role and responsibilities

1. Building a robust supply function with ability to deliver to customers across the country;

2. Implementation of processes, systems and controls in supply chain, Set-up metrics & dashboards to monitor
fulfilment function progress

3. Integrating technology in supply-chain function; Implement ERP, Automation of manual work in warehouse

4. Set- up direct cash collection model from parents; Inventory control at point of sale, Cash safety & customer
experience

5. Create a forecasting model to estimate demand accurately to minimize working capital;

6. Vendor identification, negotiation & development

7. Build a direct to home delivery model

Prerequisites
Experience ➢ Total work experience of 10 to 15 years
➢ Minimum 3 to 4 years in developing supply-chain for e-commerce firms
across India

Geography ➢ Minimum 3 to 4 experience in the Indian market

Industry ➢ Top Consulting firms, Ecommerce, Internet Services Companies, New Age
industry

Education ➢ Business Graduates from leading B-schools

Design and develop the supply-Chain ➢ Facilitate Supply –chain strategy that supports vision of the firm
strategy ➢ Creating a strategy and action plan to enable exposure to new industries

➢ Active engagements with India/Global companies in the related sectors
Participate in strategic decision ➢ Interact with other members of the Global Executive Team on a regular
