Leonver Santiago, and CONCEPCION A. HAMOY, single , do hereby manifest, that:

It is agreed upon that all the undersigned parties are bound to observe the existing easement in
the nature of the RIGHT OF WAY in favor of the occupants, Spouses OLIVER A. HAMOY and GRACE L.
HAMOY, of the rear portion of the property, and thus, shall not be removed notwithstanding the future
sale of the front portion of real property, as the case may be.
