1. Participant must submit a Bachelor's Certificates (or Equivalent) as a guarantee.

2. Participant must attach a scanned/copy of identity card (KTP/ID
Card/Passport/SIM/KITAS).
3. Participant must attach a scanned/copy of NPWP.
4. Documents required must be submitted before 11th February 2019.
5. Payment due date is on 25th day each month from January 2019 until June 2019.
6. Payment is transferred to the account above.
