SUBJECT: Evaluation of Documents of Junior High School and Senior High School
Applicants

1. This is to inform the concerned committee members and the Junior High
School and Senior High School applicants for SY 2019-2020 that the
evaluation of documents specifically for Education, Teaching Experience,
LET/PBET Rating (JHS) and Education, Teaching/Industry/Workplace
Experience and Portfolio/Outstanding Achievements (SHS), together with
validation of other criteria, shall be conducted on April 22, 24, 25, 26 and 29
at Viua Kosita /Con ccpc^^/K/aga -

2. The applicants need to be present during the face-to-face evaluation period

on the specific dates assigned to them. Failure to report to the scheduled
date is construed as a waiver on the part of the applicants to defend their
claims through the submitted documents; however, the committee members
shall still evaluate the documents.

3. Enclosure No. 1 contains the list and schedule of the applicants for this
activity; while, Enclosure No. 2 contains the list of the committee members.

4. Travel expenses of the DepEd committee members shall be charged against

the division/school MOOE; while expenses for the food and venue shall be
charged to the Division Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations. Expenses of the PTA representative and other external
stakeholders shall be charged to their own organization's funds.
