For all foreign (Non-Indian) credit / debit card payments, the card must be produced for physical verification at the airport check-in counter if the passenger is the
cardholder. In case the cardholder is not traveling, the traveling party (ies) should possess the following:
a) A photocopy of the Credit/ Debit Card (both sides) used to purchase the ticket, duly authorized and self-attested by the credit card holder. For security reasons,
please strike out the Credit Valid Verification (CVV) number on the copy of your credit card.b) The photocopy must indicate name of the traveling party (ies), date of
travel and the sector.

The above documents must be produced at the time of check-in. If the passenger fails to comply with these conditions, Vistara reserves the right to deny boarding.

Online Check-in is available between 48 and 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. We encourage online check-in to improve your chances of
selecting your preferred seat in advance, and to shorten the time required at the airport. Many airports have web check-in baggage drop off desks to make your
journey smoother and quicker. Vistara reserves the right to assign or re-assign seats at any time, even after boarding of the aircraft, for operational, safety and/or
security reasons.

Online check-in is not available for the following:

-Customers with special service requests such as wheelchairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, unaccompanied minors, stretcher etc.

-Customers booking with an International credit card and for bookings made under group booking, senior citizen discount, Indian armed forces and student discount.

Cancellations and changes can be made through the following mediums:

Hand Baggage Allowance:


Customers are permitted one piece of hand luggage with maximum weight of 7 kgs and maximum dimensions of 115cm. In addition,
customers are permitted one standard sized laptop bag and / or ladies handbag.
Note: For security reasons, customers traveling on flights originating from Jammu and Srinagar will not be allowed to carry any hand
baggage other than laptops, ladies’ purses, and important documents, jewelry, and medicines required for consumption in-flight in small
quantities. All other hand baggage must be checked in.

Checked Baggage Allowance:


Business Class – 30kg *, Premium Economy Class – 20 kg *, Economy Class – 15 Kg *, Infant Customers – NIL checked baggage
allowance.

Extra baggage allowance for International flyers!

Free Baggage Allowance will be offered to customers making domestic to international or international to domestic connections between
Vistara and an interline partner/other airline:

If connection to / from international flight on one single document/ticket within 30 days of the Vistara flight:
Passengers travelling on Vistara, to and from International destinations with our interline partners on a single document (that
is, a single ticket mentions the origin point and the final destination including any transit points), will be offered the same
baggage allowance end-to-end as mentioned on their International ticket, regardless of whether it is on weight or as per
piece concept (Vistara or Interline partner airlines baggage allowance, whichever is higher). Please note that the travel
period should be within 30 days.
If connection to / from international flight on two separate ticket within 24 hours of the Vistara flight:

Passengers travelling on Vistara, to and from International destinations with our interline partners/OAL on separate tickets
with different PNR numbers (that is, a ticket for the origin point and final destination), are entitled to maximum 23 Kgs (per
passenger) if travelling in Economy cabin.
If travelling in Premium Economy and Business Cabin, Vistara will honor the higher of the baggage allowance between the
allowance mentioned on the international ticket and Vistara ticket, up to a max of 2 checked bags of 32 kg each.
Passenger will be required to present a copy of their international ticket and boarding pass for verification at the time of
check-in for their Vistara flight.

If connection to / from international flight on separate document/ticket for more than 24 hours of the Vistara flight:
The baggage allowance shown on the Vistara ticket will apply.

Any weight(s) in excess of the aforementioned allowances shall be charged as excess baggage. Vistara will charge the customer for the
excess baggage at the time of check-in and bag(s) will be checked-in for the Vistara segment only.

There are certain items that cannot be carried in hand or check-in baggage such as: lighters, explosive materials, compressed gases,
flammable items, poisonous substances and radio-active and oxidizing materials. In addition to the same, there are items that are not
allowed in hand baggage such as liquids, gels and aerosols exceeding 100 ml. For more information, please check https://
