Assessment overview

1. As a whole group the class does not seem to have a great understanding of the math lesson the
average for the class was only a 68% and the only 5 students scored above a D. They seem to have a
better grasp on the addition questions than on subtraction and division. Questions 5 and 11 were
particularly challenging for the class.

2. Juan is doing very well overall and scored a 100% on the test. Holly is doing very well in addition but
struggling some with the other questions, she got all the addition questions correct. Patrick did not do well
on the test overall but he got 80% of the addition questions correct so he just needs to work on the other
two areas.

3. Claire seems to be struggling overall, she scored a 53% on the test and did poorly in all three subject
areas, she may need some more instruction and practice. Sarah needs more help with division, she did
well with addition but only got 20% of the division questions correct so she will need some more support.
Luke also needs some help, he got a 46% overall but did particularly poorly with the addition and division
questions.
