The healthcare has many topics that should be discussed, and one of those is should all

Americans be entitled to healthcare? If healthcare can become available to everyone that is

working, then there will be effects on everyone in the work force.

This argument achieves the repercussions that Americans will face if every worker is

provided healthcare. Healthcare achieves also the benefits for the workers that did not have

healthcare before this law was passed. Some of the purposes of this are to be able to provide

healthcare for everyone in the working environment. This was accomplished in 2010 when

President Obama put into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act putting 27 million

uninsured people under Obamacare. This argument addresses the people that are mainly in the

lower class but fails to ignore the people in the upper class or maybe in the middle class. I say

this because if they mention the things that will happen to the upper class, like pay higher taxes

than possibly they will not be able to help the lower class that do not have healthcare. Out of the

rhetorical appeals I feel like ethos would be the one that the readers will be most influenced by.

The readers tend to base their decisions off the facts even though their emotions play a bigger

role than wanted. Some aspects of healthcare that work better are the fact that everyone can be

taken care of with medical services that they did not have before. This event will appeal to the

readers' emotion to feel like they could help the people who cannot afford the care. Another

aspect is that healthcare being available to all working class then it will lower the public and

private healthcare could be lowered by 1.8 trillion dollars. All the rhetorical elements interact

with playing in the readers' emotion by stating facts and really making the reader think about

their ethics towards healthcare for others.

Obamacare has been in effect since 2010 and has helped the people who couldn’t afford

any healthcare in the past. While this law is helping the people, who did not have it before, the

middle class and upper class face the fact that their taxes will go up and this event might make

America's debt even bigger.
