This is to certify that Shri Chandra Mouli S., Associate Manager, GMR Airport Developers
Limited has been assigned to the ORAT Project at Kannur International Airport, Kerala from
22nd July, 2018 for a period of three months under my supervision. During this period, he has
worked as E&M Expert and contributed immensely towards the success of the Project. His
responsibilities included checking readiness status of E&M systems, making Management
Information Reports with Observations and Recommendations, support to develop Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP), Power-Changeover-Testing, DG Load Testing, Logic Checking,
Redundancy Checks for critical functions and Illumination LUX checking of lights at Passengers’
Terminal Building, Apron and City Site areas. He was also involved in blackout testing, Fire
Detection and Protection testing, PA System Integration, Power Disruption checking for IT
systems and PHE systems. He successfully imparted Familiarization Training on the E&M systems
installed at the Airport. During Trial runs, he was associated with Departure processes, Arrival
processes, Offloading of passengers and baggage, Operations of OOG baggage, Level-4
Procedures, Fire Evacuation Drills and PTB Emergency Evacuation Drills.

Shri Chandra Mouli was found sincere and hardworking in the performance of his duties and
responsibilities. I wish him all the best.
