very much interested in this position as it leads me to more professional growth and help me to further
enhance my skills in social development, specially focusing on the care and support of orphans and
vulnerable children.

Likewise I feel that my strengths are rooted in skills necessary for this position; such as, ensuring that project
activities are implemented and coordinated as it was intended. Not only that, but complex problem-solving
skills and along with creative skills to improve observation practices, policies, routines and update data
recording systems. Similarly, possess impeccable integrity with advanced knowledge in IT for this position
and office packages such as Excel, Database, Power Point, Word Processing and other packages such as
Outlook.

I had my degree in community development and postgraduate diploma on management with more than two
consecutive experiences in helping and providing administration and logistical support. In my recent position
as Project Assistant for SOHA organization, I am involved in supporting the senior Project officer.

My organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills, time and stress management skills and my ability to
learn new things and prove trustworthy and honest help me to ensure that I provide highest possible service
to the organization. In the same way, my communication skills and positive attitude makes me an effective
communicator with project manager, executive director and other staff.

Furthermore, I have been experienced in administrative management skills at Urban Construction Company
(UCC) for five months of being as a project manager. As well as, being volunteer technical project manager at
Egad organization for two months.

Here are some of my responsibilities and tasks at SOHA;
 Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
 Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
 Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records,
using journals and ledgers or computers.
 Give assistance in day-to-day financial transactions, accounts and cash flows.
 Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized
accounting software.
 Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce
documents.
 Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers.
 Identify and promote cost-reducing measures at the same time control of authorization of payments.
 Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
 Updating and entering journals for receipts and other transactions.
 Manage accounting and logistical functions at the same time working with other departments.
 Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as
cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.
