● Oversee development and delivery of high-quality courses for adult learners including adult basic
education, high school equivalency preparation, and digital literacy classes
● Ensure that curricula are standards-aligned, project-based, and delivered with the highest level
of quality by all instructors
● Maintain class schedules, ensuring the availability of instructional hours sufficient to meet
learner needs and funding goals
● Manage student retention efforts, including working closely with instructors and transition
coaches to identify opportunities to support learners
● Provide direct supervision for full- and part-time instructors in ABE/GED and digital literacy
● Develop, facilitate, and assess ongoing professional development, class observation, and
feedback to support teaching practices of instructional staff
● Collect, analyze, and report program data to Learning Center Director and grant funders
