Don’t miss this food!
We are so glad we decided to dine here! Small plate style and the food was amazing! We sat

Awesome experience

It’s just Tapas 🤷♀️
It’s a very popular and lovely located restaurant just behind the Belmond Hotel in Jimabaron. It’s
basically a tapas bar in a restaurant setting. Food is very pricy but great quality. So don’t expect
alacarte menu it’s just tapas.

We find the food in Indonesia generally good, but Cuca knocked it out of the park. The venue is

Expect a casual experience both in feel and pricing and totally focused on food: we save on
luxurious tableware and never compromise on quality. We offer small portions so you can try
more and a unique signature menu meant to be shared.
We start by getting the basics right: the most amazing ingredients carefully selected and sourced
exclusively from Indonesia to maximize freshness, support local farmers and growers and
showcase the uniqueness of delicious local products.
Chef Kevin studies each ingredient, finds out how it is traditionally used to understand its
potential and then prepares it applying western techniques developed through a painstaking
international career in some of the world best restaurants.
The vast range of great products available in Indonesia is truly inspirational and works
amazingly to create delicious new western dishes. Furthermore, saving on import costs helps us
to keep menu prices moderate by Bali standards. Prices start from Rp. 45,000.

Kevin Cherkas
Canadian Chef Kevin has an enviable track record developed in some of the world’s most
outstanding restaurants.In Spain, he honed his skills at Michelin three-star Arzak Restaurant in
San Sebastian, Michelin three-star El Bulli in Roses, and Michelin two-star La Broche in
Madrid. He also left his mark in New York City during his tenure with Daniel Boulud at his
highly regarded Michelin three-star Daniel.
Most recently, Chef Kevin helmed BLU at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and prior to that
Restaurant Lafite in Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Virginia Entizne
Coming from the beautiful city of Salamanca, Spain where she obtained an Arts degree at one of
the oldest and most prestigious Universities in the West, Virginia’s obsession with learning and
discovery has taken her on a journey eastwards for the past 17 years. After completing a
Master’s degree in Business Administration, she worked for several fast-growing companies in
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and subsequently put it all to the test when she moved to Singapore and
found herself driving the exponential growth of a leading Singapore’s premier language school.
Her success at managing and enriching customer’s experience has naturally led her to the land
of hospitality: Bali.
Kunto Aji
Responsible for the most important aspect of all: our guest experience, Aji has believed in Cuca
and been with us from the very beginning. Born in Indonesia and blessed with a natural gift for
hospitality and polished by years of experience in key management positions, he has become a
pillar of professionalism in Cuca and an inspirational leader for our service brigade. Aji’s
dedication to providing every guest with the best possible experience aims at giving you plenty
of reasons to return.

An interactive and exciting space where wooden chairs run along one impressive 8-meter-long
teak counter. Slightly elevated, guests directly face the open kitchen, as if they were front-row
spectators attending a performance. Action takes over while dishes are crafted before their eyes
and chefs interact and serve the guests directly. The show is guaranteed. Sit back and enjoy (Not
kid friendly).
DiningRoom
A relaxed and intimate space ideal for guests to enjoy the company of each other. Spacious
tables amid floating curtains provide casual privacy while still conveying the mood of the natural
surroundings of our coconut grove.
PrivateDining Room
An exclusive private space for a personal or corporate gathering of maximum 40 pax. Air-
conditioned, equipped with a flat smart screen TV and with direct access to our Garden Lounge,
it provides the perfect intimate venue complemented with Cuca’s casual hospitality and delicious
and innovative food and drinks.
CocktailBar
12 wooden high chairs along an impressive 8-meter-long teak counter quietly tucked away in the
Garden Lounge. The perfect space to begin an anticipated meal or finish off the night watching
our bartenders craft your drinks while listening to Cuca tunes.
GardenLounge
A chilled out space gently touched by the ocean breeze and surrounded by the undisturbed
beauty of nature. Among towering coconut trees, Cuca’s Garden Lounge tempts you to let the
hours pass by while sipping well-crafted cocktails, sharing delicious tapas and tasting distinctive

Terms & Conditions
1. The minimum spend per person for any evening event in Cuca is Rp. 300,000++.
2. ++Prices are subject to 18.8% government taxes & service charge and may change if deposit has
not been made.
3. Certain menu items may be replaced by others if they have been discontinued.
4. Maximum capacity: 40 pax (seated in Private Dining Room), 160 pax (seated in Dining Room),
250 pax (standing outdoors).
5. Minimum spending to book Cuca exclusively for a meal period: 25 million Rupiah for Private
Dining Room, 80 million Rupiah for Dining Room or Garden, 120 million Rupiah for the entire
restaurant (Outdoors + Indoors). All net and fully credited in food and beverage.
6. Non-Refundable Deposit: 25% of the total amount in order to guarantee the booking. No
booking is guaranteed if deposit has not been received and the number of pax booked can only
be decreased at any time (subject to clause 07 below) by a maximum of 10 pax. Minimum
spend per person is chargeable for more than that.
7. Final number of guests (max. 10 pax less than original invoice. Any increase is allowed but
subject to availability) and food restrictions to be confirmed 5 working days before the event.
The price of the menu selected per person is chargeable for late notifications.
8. Final settlement, beverage and any additional food ordered (charged based on consumption)
must be settled during the event.
9. During the event we accept payments in cash and credit card: Visa, Master (free of charge) and
Amex (2% bank fees apply).
10. If on the day of the event the number of guests is less than confirmed, the confirmed number
will be charged.
11. No outside food or drinks allowed. BYO not allowed for exclusive events.
12. Maximum capacity: 40 pax in Private Dining Room, 160 pax sit-down dinner in Dining Room, 250
pax outdoor standing party.
13. Restaurant Buy-out: minimum spending of 25 million Rupiah for the Private Dining Room, 80
million Rupiah for the Dining Room OR Garden and 120 million Rupiah for the entire restaurant
(outdoors + indoors). All net and fully credited in food and beverage.
14. Our Dining Room is meant to be a quiet space to preserve our guests’ tranquillity. If you are not
booking the room exclusively, we highly suggest relocating events with children to our Garden
Lounge or alternatively please help us to keep children reasonably quiet so other guests can
enjoy their evening.
15. Cancellation/Date Changing penalty : the deposit paid.
16. Full Payment is due in case of no call/no show.

We start from a magical salt blessed by the unique nature of Bali and extracted by local farmers
following a thousand-year-old artisanal technique. We then infuse this salt with fresh essences
of deeply rooted Balinese ingredients to craft a delicious touch that you can definitely taste.
Cuca Salts are available in 5 touches, all vegetarian but each created especially to complement
different types of food: for pork, for poultry, for meat, for seafood and for veggies. Available in
Cuca or in selected shops around the island.
