All audiences whom I love.

First of all, lets thank to Alloh SWT who guides us to the straight path and gives

us some mercies and some blessing. May Sholawat and Salam always be given to our

prophet Muhammad SAW.

Ladies and gentlemen, in front of you all, I would like to talk about sexual

harassment on child. Indeed, I feel unconfident to say sex or sexual. But on the other

hand, these issues become the important thing for me to share and try to find the

solution to make our life better and better, to make every kids, boys and girls feel safe.

Even if you’ve never been bullied or harassed, chances are you know someone who has.

Harassment can be a big problem for kids and teens especially when Smartphone, on line

messaging, and social media sites make it easy for bullies’ to do their things.

Ladies and gentlemen, before I continue discussing with you furthermore, I want

to ask you the definition of sexual harassment. What is sexual harassment? Right….! As

I’ve just adapted from Wikipedia, stated that sexual harassment is bullying of a sexual

nature or unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors.

Just like other kinds of bullying, sexual harassment can involve comments, gestures,

actions or attention that is intended to hurt, offend or intimidate another person.

Sexual harassment may be verbal like making comment about someone. But it doesn’t

have to be spoken. Bullies may use technology to harras someone sexually like sending

inappropriate text messages, pictures or videos. Sometimes sexual harassment can even

get physical when someone tries to kiss or touch someone that doesn’t want to be

touched. You know that , It doesn’t only happen to girls but also boys. It isn’t limited to
people of the same age either. Sometimes, Adults sexually harras young people, kids or

teens. Now let me conclude the way for bullies to do sexual harassment. Here they are:

1. Making sexual jokes

2. Spreading sexual rumors

3. Writing sexual messages

4. Asking someone to send naked photo of her or him self

5. Showing someone inappropriate pictures or videos

Now, just imagine how easy for bullies to do their habits. Think twice, how easy for

bullies to do their habits It’s really… really acceptable thing if I say now we are in

danger of sexual harassment on child. Furthermore, things that can be included the way

for bullies to trick their victims to be, such as posting sexual comments, Touching or

grabbing someone in deliberately sexual way, Pulling someone clothing, Asking for

someone to go out and out, over and over, even after the person said no.

Ladies and gentlemen, As we know some news broadcasted on mass media, both TV

and other kinds of mass media. we find many victims lost their future because of sexual

harassment. So according to my opinion, to solve this problem there are some way to do;

first, parents ‘role is very important. Parents should always keep an eye their children

on. Where their kid go out, whom they go with and what they go out for. Parents have to

able to be a friend or partner for their children. Second, government’s role who gives

security for people by its regulation and law. Third, school’s role that gives us knowledge,

science, technology and religion. The last, as young people, we have to keep our selves by

keeping attention on our performance in clothing or the way we act. Besides, as believer,

As muslimah or what you are, keep praying to ask goodness to God. It’s not easy to find

the solution, but at least we have tried to do our best to save us, our kids and our

children.
