Lesson guidelines and prices.

1: If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson please try to do so as early as possible.
Requests made within less than 48 hours of the class may not always be possible and is at the
teacher's discretion.

2: If you know you will be late for class please try to let me know as early as possible. In the
event you are late for class, your class will still end at the agreed upon time.

3: All lessons are 5 minutes shorter than advertised in order to facilitate smooth transitions
between classes. For example, if you buy a 60 minute session you will have a 55 minute class.

4: Please try to check your italki messages regularly as I may need to communicate with you
regarding your class. Italki have an app for your phone which I recommend you install. It will
inform you of any messages immediately and will remind you when you have a class coming up.

5: Please try to confirm your class promptly. If you have any concerns or were unhappy with
your lesson, please do let me know so I can try to solve the problem for you.

6: Students taking personalized tutoring lessons should try to open their goggle document
before class in order to facilitate the best use of class time.

7: Requests for special topics and material should be made at the time of booking and as early
as possible. Requests with less than 3 days notice may not always be possible. 1 weeks notice
is ideal!

8: Students taking conversational classes are responsible for taking their own notes about
corrections, suggestions etc. No material, written notes, guidance etc is provided. It is advisable
to bring a pen and paper or your preferred electronic note taking system to these classes.

9: Students taking in-depth writing classes or using the proofreading and correction classes
must submit their writing at least 3 days before the class unless otherwise agreed. Please note
these times are only a guideline. Longer and more complicated pieces will be by agreement.

10: Please try to take your classes on a suitable system. Conversational classes can be taken
on any device. All other classes are not suitable for mobile phones or tablets due to the nature
of the material used. These classes work best on laptops or desk computers.

11 : Parents should help their child to be ready on time with their google document open where
applicable.
