1. Send the below mentioned documents for verification at least 48 hours before your departure date to

(a) A clear copy of both sides of the credit/debit card (blank out the CCV number) together with
a copy of the card holder's passport.
(b) Your booking reference (PNR) or ticket number.
(c) A signed authorization letter from the cardholder. Specimen of the letter is available Here.

2. Present the original Credit/Debit card used for the purchase and the above mentioned documents at
the time of check-in. It is important for you to be at the airport at least 3 hours before the departure time
of your flight in order to complete all the formalities.

3. Present the original Credit/Debit card used for this purchase, and the above mentioned documents
from the card holder to your nearest Oman Air office at least 1 business day before your departure
date.

This process has been put in place for your comfort, convenience and protection and is applicable
when you use your credit/debit card for your own purchases and when purchasing for your friends and
relatives.
