Simulations to have an individual experience based upon their unique choices. Each
child’s end result will be different, and I will grade them online by their online game of

Online Activity During this activity we will discuss the meaning of area and
perimeter, and discussing the equations for area and perimeter.
The students will go to the website;

Then using the Explore Screen the students will build any shape
and explore the relationship between area and perimeter. Once
the students have practiced with the explore screen. I will test
their knowledge of perimeter and area. There are two kinds of
challenges: Build a Shape and Find the Area. Each level contains
challenges of increasing difficulty. If the student gets two
incorrect answers on Build It! challenges, a “You built” panel
appears to help students compare their solution to the goal

find the solution I will help walk them through the equations to
find the correct answer.
