About Us Core Team Member of MCF CAMP

Marshal Cadet Force is established in the year 2009. From

the inception we have successfully conducted 10 annual summer
camps, 6 Diwali and Christmas vacation camps. Our staff
comprises of Ex-military personnel with the ranks ranging from
Havildar to Captain. Each camp is conducted under the
supervision of a Captain. The success we enjoyed due to our
experienced staff and the parents for their continued support and
constructive feedback which has made MCF a trustworthy brand. GANESH BORATE RAJU GOSAVI
Director (Chief Instructor)
MCF camp provides Commando training for cadets in the
age group of 7-21 years. Cadets at the camp are formed into
groups of 30 cadets based on their age and gender. Each group
has two instructors. Girls group is supervised by a lady manager
with two instructors. There are many activities planned for the
children to give them a firsthand experience of the military
training program.

The main aim of our camp is to provide the kids an

environment where they can open up and help them in their CAPT. R.V. KULKARNI (Retd) SADASHIV JADHAV
overall personality development. The cool and beautiful weather Camp Commandant Training Commander
of Panchgani provides an ideal setting for the camp. This
experience for your cadets will be never-like-before, who are
bound to enjoy and learn at the same time.

MCF not only trains the kids to be alert, aware & attentive
but also to be a survivor and life saver for others. Here the cadets
are trained to face, cope-up & survive in undesirable and
unfavorable conditions. Cadets learn how to deal with situations
like natural disasters, accidents and calamities etc. Camp is
equipped with 24*7 medical/ambulance facility. SUBHASH SASTE DR. NEHA CHAVAN CHANDA TAMBAT
