Overall Valve industry experience is 4 years.

Presently working with Hawa valves (India) Pvt. Ltd, as “Purchase Engineer” since from last
1.10 years.
Hawa valves (India) pvt. Ltd are well known supplier of premium quality valves across
various sectors like, Refineries , Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Thermal & Nuclear, Water Treatment,
Food & Beverage, Chemical & Process Industry Etc. HVPL is approved with major customers and
consultants within India and abroad with special type of High Pressure valves such as API 6A
GGC,DBB. All types of Ball valves.

HVPL is having government recognized R& D center. We are having 100% EOU unit with
advance machining center.
Job Responsibilities:
 Preparing detailed purchase plan (monthly & quarterly) based on Sales Plan.
 Verifying available stock & sending enquiries based on requirement.
 Following up with vendors for receipt of Techno commercial offers.
 Preparing Technical and Commercial comparison of offers with the help of costing sheet.
 Negotiating prices and placing PO on competitive vendor.
 Following up with vendors on regular basis for exact status of material and timely
delivery.
 Coordinating with production & planning department in receiving the material from
supplier for timely execution of orders.
 Control on supplier & developing new supplier.
 To identify risk & take actions
 Timely evaluation of vendor.
 Vendor Networking.
 To resolve quality and delivery issues associated with the Suppliers.

 Undergone 3-days API Q1 program in July-2015 which was conducted by Moody

International Mumbai.

 “EFFECT OF HEAT TREATMENT AND TEMPERING ON STRUCTURAL MEDIUM

CARBON STEEL”
The main aim of this work was to characterize quenchants based on hardness number,
microstructure evolved and also an effort was made to know the effects of tempering on the
quenched steel samples.
