communication technology that utilizes visible light from a
lamp in a communication system. In this research Filter and
amplifier systems are used as filters and information signal
amplifiers sent by the transmitter to reduce external noise and
strengthen the information signal so that the data sent by the
transmitter matches what is received by the receiver.

This visible light communication system is expected to

create a hospital that is free electromagnetic radio. Things that
can affect the output of the communication system are
distance, the light of the transmitter light and the outside light.

noise caused by other lights and also sunlight so it is needed
to design a filter system and amplifier to pass the desired
frequency signal and hold the not desirable and to minimize
the influence of interference or other disturbing signals on a
desired frequency signal and strengthen the output voltage of
the sensor Photo Detector on the lamp product (Visble Light
communication). This device is designed using analog filters
made using electronic circuits consisting of components such
as resistors, capacitors and op-amps, and using visible light
communication as the core of this device, which becomes a
transmission medium and converts analog signals to digital.
The use of visible light as a communication medium is one
step forward to creating the concept of "Green Fig 2. Illustration of system

humidity and sound transmitted through infrared, and VLC
(Visible Light Communication). In the baby room the data is
sent via infrared as an uplink of data, then it is forwarded via
VLC (Visible Light Communication) as downstream which
is stored in the monitoring room.

In the IR transmitter the data is sent using an IR LED and
is received by the Photodetector (IR receiver) then the data is
transmitted back through the VLC system and received by
the photodectecktor (VLC Receiver) installed in the
monitoring room to display the data via the user's PC. The
received light is then converted by the receiver into a voltage
signal again. The VLC receiver uses a photodiode or
phototransistor type photodetector. Light that has been
converted into a current by a photodetector is then amplified Fig.6. Diagram of Transceiver Infrared

III. RESULT AND DISCUSSION

Based on experiments that have been done, The results
are described in this section.

A. Amplifier that produce

in the amplfier experiment the author uses non-inverting
amplification and uses the LM358, where the pin from the
output of the TSL 250 enters the inverting op-amp and op-
amp output into the RX on the Arduino nano, the author uses
two reinforcement.

B. Signal input on osiloskop Fig.11. design amplifier

In figure 11. the reinforcement circuit uses a non-
inverting gain and uses the LM358, where the pin of the
output of the TSL 250 enters the inverting op-amp and the
output of the op-amp into the RX on the Arduino nano, the
author uses the following two calculations:

when R2 = 10k and R3=10k

then: ,

desired amplifier.
In figure 9, the signal form obtained from the VLC
receiver is not given a gain of 2 meters.
V. FUTURE WORK
It can be interesting if the system if the IR receiver
is designed the filter so that the frequency that is not cold
does not enter. Because the location of the IR receiver is
directly connected to the VLC transmitter, the diming
produced by VLC lamp products is still visible
