Chairman and Managing Director
With a background in civil engineering and construction law, Al Mansoury has
extensive experience in a wide range of international contract forms including
FIDIC, JCT, ICE -NEC3, AIA. Al Mansoury received his bachelor degree in civil
engineering from Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering and continued his
post-graduate studies in construction law and arbitration from The Robert
Gordon University in the UK. Al Mansoury, as a specialist in the areas of
contracts management, claims preparation, assessment, defense and
arbitration, spends most of his professional time advising both owners and
contractors in construction and engineering claims and disputes on projects
that range from five-star hotels and mixed-use mega projects to infrastructure
and enabling works. Providing consultations to clients in procurement
strategies, contracts preparation and management, Al Mansoury has gained
his reputation in Egypt and a number of Gulf countries including the United
Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar. A trusted and accomplished professional in
the field, Al Mansoury was appointed to the dispute adjudication board of
numerous high-profile projects in the Emirates, and conducted arbitration under
various arbitration rules including the United Nations Commission on
International Trade Law and the International Chamber of Commerce. Al
Mansoury is a fellow to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a
founder of the Egypt branch of the UK-based Society of Construction Law and
a member of the board of the Society of Construction Law-Gulf. He also
teaches courses in contracts management and FIDIC forms in the UAE and
Egypt.

Senior Partner
With 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Amer has specialty in the field of
Contracts Management and Arbitration. Mr. Amer, assisted international
contractors in mega projects in UAE, Egypt and KSA. His experience has been
utilized in international mega projects such as:
- International Roads works, Infrastructure for cities and mega
residential projects;
- The Holy Mosque of Prophet Mohammad Pbuh at
Madinah(KSA);
- The railway project between Macca- Jeddah- Madinah (KSA),
- Palm Jebel Ali (Dubai-UAE), Dubai Waterfront and hundreds
of kilometers of roads, infrastructure networks and bridges in
(UAE).
He is highly qualified arbitrator in construction disputes under the different

AHMED NASRELDIEN
Director - Commercial and Contracts
Mr. Nasreldien is an experienced commercial and contracts Director
who joined Al Mansoury in 2010. He has extensive experience in
Egypt, Qatar, UAE and KSA and has comprehensive understanding
of the Middle East construction market and the different forms of
contracts frequently used in the region.
His area of expertise includes renowned hotels and resorts,
commercial buildings and mega mixed use projects with international
developers in the region. Mr. Nasreldien embraces more than 18
years of experience working with different forms of contracts and
practically with FIDIC forms of Contract.
Specific skills include the negotiations of the contracts with the
international Consultants and Contractors. He has extensive
experience in construction claims, preparation of custom tailored
conditions of contracts that match the size, nature and requirements
of the project and to reasonably distribute the risks without
compromising the Client's rights, further eliminate the unnecessary
inflation of the Contract prices.
Mr. Nasereldien was active Contracts Manager in mega projects (i.e

Al-Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi in addition to SD Dubai Creek front

Dr. HISHAM ELSHAZLY
Geotechnical Expert
Dr. Elshazly, with PhD Civil Engineering, Kyoto University, Japan,
has nearly 25 years of combined practical, research and academic
experience in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Soil
Dynamics, Earthquake Engineering, Dam Engineering, Water
Structures, Soil-Structure Interaction, Structural Dynamics,
Infrastructures Geotechnics, Shoring Systems, Tunnels, Bridges,
Maritime Geotechnics, Pavement Design, Estimation Theory and
Inverse Analysis, geophysical methods and interpretations. Dr. Elshazly and his team of researchers, engineers and technicians

Dr. Elshazly is the founder of the Soil Dynamics, Structural Dynamics
and Earthquake Engineering Laboratory of the National Water
Research Center, Egypt. The laboratory is the first of its kind in the
Arab world.
