shall share the detailed commission structure for all services and offer the agreement.
03 • Agreement signing* - If you accept our offer, the agreement is signed – and it‟s official! You are
that much closer to opening the doors to your very own Nextgen Vakrangee Kendra.

STEP • Welcome to the Vakrangee family !
P • Post signing the agreement, the franchisee shall receive the onboarding mail along with the

detailed design manual which shall provide all the details related to interior design and branding
of your own Nextgen Vakrangee Kendra outlet.
*It may be noted that in the event the franchisee appoints any other person to render the banking services in the Vakrangee Kendra, a separate
„Business Correspondent Agreement‟ (BCA agreement) shall be executed with such person and Vakrangee.

STE • Detailed design manual is shared with the franchisee which includes the store layout, drawings
P and material details for the store interiors and civil work.
• Franchisee can take help and guidance from our Kendra design and branding (KDB) team as
05 required to complete the store interior and branding quickly, ideally within 30 to 45 days.
• Strict adherence to design manual is required. Entire interior and branding of the store has to be
as per the design manual guidelines.

• Store inspection and approval – Post completion of the store interiors and branding, the store

• Our field level team shall visit the store and inspect the store with respect to adherence to design

• Franchisee shall also click and upload all the required pictures through our mobile app, which will
be approved by the respective field manager and relationship manager.
• A unique VKID shall be generated on successful approval of the store.

• Delivery of equipment - Once your store is ready, verified and approved then we shall get the

• Ideally the delivery of equipment would take 3 to 6 weeks post successful approval of the store.

• Service activation shall be adhered to as per the provided timelines and vertical wise
training shall be provided
