Job Objective
To ensure that Finance activities are conducted in accordance with the Subsidiary policies.

Financial Controls 1. Submit country budget to be consolidated timely in accordance with the
regional and country policy and monitor the gap with actual.
2. Consolidate all proposed capital expenditures, prepare and submit capital
budgeting to the Regional Office, and monitor the capex spending.
3. Analyze all feasibility of business activities of the company from
financial perspective.
4. Rationalize company’s financial aspects to ensure its profitability of its
activities.
5. Ensure the subsidiary assets are well recorded/reported, protected and
sufficient control over the assets being implemented.
Cash Management 6. Ensure the efficient & effectiveness of cash management at Subsidiary
level, by meeting regional office standard policy.
7. Prepare & analysis the company’s cashflow to make sure there will be no
disruption on company’s activities due to it.
8. Ensure Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables are managed
according to the Subsidiary policy such as DPO & DSO.
Reporting 9. Make sure of a timely and accurate routine finance, accounting & tax &
other govt related reports submission.
10. Conduct Subsidiary’s financial performance analysis/ratio and provide
recommendation to Finance & Administrations Manager & other
department as needed.
11. Ensure recording of assets write-off/disposal is conducted appropriately.
12. Ensure appropriate report on protection (i.e. insurance) of Subsidiary
assets by identifying and minimizing risks.
13. Ensure the compliance of the company’s financial statement with the
prevailing accounting standard.
Managing People 1. Manage subordinates’ task and responsibility allocation.
