DAY 1

So this is the first day of our work immersion and we are the 3 rd batch
going to Creotec Philippines, Inc. I came early in the morning to school
because I thought that the bus will go early but it didn’t. While we are in the
bus, the atmosphere there is quite quiet because it is all our first time. We
took an hour going in Laguna where Creotec is located.
And finally, we are there around 8a.m. in the morning. We are all
excited but at the same time nervous because it is all our first time there. But
as a Perpetualite, I need to prepare always in all situation. The buildings and
facilities are nice and I think it is a good place for us. When we are inside the
classroom, it is like we are in UPHSD because of the chairs that are similar in
Perps. Good ambiance and well-decorated classrooms. The first day of the
work immersion is orientation. Orientation about work immersion, business
ethics, rules and regulations of the company, Japanese culture, etc.
All in all, the first day experience of my work immersion in Creotec is
a little bit of stressful but fun and lots of lessons will be learned. Although,
the travel going there is quite long but inside the bus is fun.

DAY 2

This day marks our 2nd day of our work immersion and I am so stressed
because there are so many school works, I sleep late in the evening. We
exactly arrived at 8a.m. in Creotec and go to the room immediately. By the
way, the teacher who handles us is Ma’am Madona Soliven, section Respect,
a combination of 12 ABM 3 and 4.
Ma’am Dona discussed about Japanese Ethics and Culture and I can
say that I really learned a lot in this topic because the company is owned by a
Filipino and they use a Japanese culture and ethics in this company.
I’ve learned some Japanese basic words and greetings. Although it is
not a good day for me because I’m mad at my classmate, he did something to
me that get embarrassed me but still I am happy this day.

DAY 3

The last day for our orientation and last day in second floor because
supposedly there are four days in orientation but tomorrow is November 30
which is Bonifacio Day there is no classes and its Holiday.
The topic 3 and 4 are discussed in one day. Also in this day we are
interviewed by the Human Resource trainees for the next day because we will
be on the hands-on activities next time in third floor of the building.
This day was fun and I learned a lot this day about what we will do
next time on our hands-on activities. I am looking forward that in the next
few days we will be having a lot of things to do in our hands-on but it will be
fun and exciting.

DAY 4

After three days of orientation and writing all the topics about the
company and payroll, we are about to start our hands-on activities today.
Finally, we can show now our learned skills and knowledge about our chosen
track. All our hard work on writing all the topics will be paid off. We can
now show what we are capable of doing such things.
To be honest, this day was not good day because the task were given to
us was hard and all you need is concentration in the task. Accounting is no
joke. I find it really hard but fun and exciting.
First, we create our personal time in and out and answer some exercises
in excel. I’ve learned a lot this day about things that I should know about
Accounting. I didn’t finish my exercises or task and I will just continue it
next time.

DAY 5

Today is the second day of our hands-on activities and I have to

continue the task that I didn’t finish last time. But, there is another activity
sheet that we will answer and I think I am not going to finish it all.
The last tasks that were given to us is so frustrating, the time will
pressure you always when you were in the workplace. We need to finish
answering it all because today is the last day of computing the payroll.
I will tell you again, doing Accounting is not a joke. We are so
frustrated computing for the right and exact answer for the payroll. It is
already time but our computation is not exactly what the answer is supposed
to be. But the part I like doing this is the filing of time in and out of the
STEM students from Don Bosco College.

DAY 6

So, this day marks our third day of our hands-on activities and yet our
payroll activities are not yet finish. We are supposedly pass it yesterday but
some of us did not finish it so Ma’am Kat, our Supervisor, gave us some time
to finish the payroll activity because if we did not finish the payroll we
cannot proceed to the next activity for today.
Thanks to our leader, Eron, we made to finished the payroll activities
and proceed to the next task. And also, thanks to Ma’am Kat for giving us
more time to make it. After the payroll, we are about to prepare an audit
about the assets in Support Department and we have to prepare a statistics
report of the processed payroll.
Doing the statistics report is so frustrating, but thanks to all of my
group mates especially to our leader. He gave us all a part to do in the given
task today.

DAY 7

So today marks our seventh day here at Creotec in Laguna and marks
our fourth day in our hands-on activities. The tasks are being harder and
harder each day, there is no day that we are not frustrated in every tasks we
are doing. But I think that we can make finish it all.
For today, we are still finishing our statistics report for the final
presentation. While doing that, our task for this day is we need to process
DTR. After processing DTR we need to validate the results of DTR so that
we can generate payslips then review it. We make a memorandum for the
viewing of payslips of STEM trainees.
It was a tiring day but thanks to God we make it to finish all the tasks
today. It was a blast and lot of learning’s for today that can help us in the
future.

DAY 8

Fifth day of our hands-on activities here in Creotec and I think it is our
last day for our hands-on. Tomorrow will be our last day here in Creotec and
I must say that I am glad to be trained here.
The last task that was given to us was first, we will create CORE
accounts, we need to check these accounts if these are working and
accessible. While creating and randomly checking these accounts, our leader,
Eron, preparing our final presentation for today. Preparing the final
presentation of reports was not easy. We are all nervous because we are not
yet finish and we are the first group to present in front of Ma’am Kat.
Reporting time and we are the first group to present. I must say that,
our group reported and presented well and all of our hard work has been paid
off. We are confident reporting in front. Although, we are not able to answer
some question but overall we performed well.

DAY 9

This day marks our last day here at Creotec Philippines, Inc. in Laguna.
I am going to miss here so much, there is a lot of things I like here. I am
going to miss all the people I have encounter and met here inside and outside
of the building.
Also this day marks our last assessment. This day will test our
knowledge again about all of our learned and gained knowledge about all the
topics that discussed to us. This final assessment is all about the topics that
has been discussed to us by Ma’am Dona. Also there are some papers that
have been given to us for the survey about our satisfaction at Creotec. We
answer it from the bottom of our heart.
The part I liked what happened this day is the class picture of our
section with our teachers and Supervisors.

The facilities in Creotec Philippines, Inc. at Biñan, Laguna. Their computers are
updated and the building are well built it has a good design. And their cafeteria was
well ventilated and organized, also we have our own locker.
