We are looking for talented individuals to work with us in the Office of Deputy Director-General (ODDG) to Review of the implementation
of GGGI’s country management system; its development (staffing, structure, etc.) and progress since inception.

OED Division delivers administration and support services across the organization comprising (a) finance, (b) human resources, (c)
administrative services, (d) technology services, (e) project monitoring, evaluation and reporting, (f) procurement and (g) legal. OED is
presently considered a centralized management and administrative function providing shared services.

As an international organization funded largely through taxpayer-funded development assistance budgets from our members, GGGI is
acutely aware of the need to continue to improve its organizational effectiveness and efficiency, maximize value for money and
safeguard the legal and financial integrity of the organization. GGGI’s core donors have asked GGGI to ensure that its operating costs do
not exceed a set percentage of its core budget. OED supports both activities financed out of its core budget as well as activities financed
using earmarked funds that are provided to fund specific activities. In order to achieve this mandate, OED has set for itself the goal of
delivering more for less by enhancing economy, efficiency and effectiveness in its delivery of administration and support services.

since its inception. The assignment will include the followings but not limited to:
