Hi,

Welcome to our Match day team.

The vision of Manchester United is to be the Best Football Club both on and off the pitch.
The team and I look forward to working with you over the forthcoming season and I have
no doubt that together we will break the expectations of our guests.

Key Points you need to be aware of are the following:

 You will need to sign in at Unit 30 where you will be issued with a staff pass and a
security wristband
 You will have access to parking on W3 which is located at the security entrance on
the Sir John Gilbert Way
 A Chef Jacket will be given to you at check in which you MUST then return at Check
to be washed.
 You will be required to help the chefs prepare for the match day service
 Due to stadium demands you may be required to work in a different area once being
allocated to a set kitchen.
 You will be entitled to incentives which are run throughout the season those being
our end of season ball which is for anyone who has worked every game for the
season and we have numerous prize draws which include anything from Amazon
vouchers to signed shirts, tablets, Sports watches and much more!

What I will expect from you is the following:

 The correct uniform must be worn i.e.:


 Black combat Trousers NO Striped trousers
 Black Safety Boots NO Crocs
 Black butcher apron
 Black skull cap
 A set of Knives, Those being; 1 x carving knife, 1 x carving fork, 1 x chopping knife,1
x steel / sharpening implement, 1 x small veg / fruit paring knife, 1 x peeler (optional)
 When walking across the car park under no circumstance are you to expose your
chef whites. You must have these covered until you enter the kitchen.
 An effective clear down must happen if you’ve been instructed to do so by your
Kitchen Manager
