REFLECTION PAPER ON THE PLLP

For my nine years in teaching Mathematics at Calamba National High School-Annex. I have been
experience a lot of seminars regarding on my field, but this type of training that I experience with GURO21 has a
huge impact on me, because every time that I’m doing the task regarding on this course I’ve learned a lot.

Honestly speaking, as a teacher I experienced a lot of difficulties especially when I have to do a lot of
works aside from teaching. But given the opportunity to be a part of this course, I’m glad that I was given a
chance to be a part of it. I’m positively believed that I can gain more knowledge and skills in this course.

When I preparing my PLLP I considered a lot of things that I want to improve in myself as a teacher,
specifically with the given 21st Century literacy. I assess my level of competencies based on my past
experiences, and determine what my rating is. As I accomplished my PLLP, I realized that there are more things
that I want to do in order to improve myself as a teacher. As a 21st century teacher, I should learn how to
improve and develop my knowledge, skills, attitudes and values needed to survive with the challenges of 21 st
century Education.

Writing my own PLLP helps me to reflect on the things that I need to improve and make a progress. It also
gives me an idea that as a teacher I must continue to have a professional development, which I believe that will
help me to become a better teacher. I hope I can accomplished my PLLP and be a 21st century teacher. I also
hope that with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that I gain with these plan will be imparted to my
students for them to become a well equipped 21st century learners.

While were having a meeting I took a chance to propose my PLLP with my co teachers and my school
head, Since we only have a limited time, I do not a chance to have a one on one sessions with my school
head but she makes sure that she reviewed my PLLP and together we had an agreement then she signed
my PLLP.
