The claim of the petitioner is that his shops are

located in Khasra Nos. 256 & 256/1. But the respondents

have raised a dispute that the shops are located in Khasra

Nos. 255/1 and 255/1/1.

It appears that the Executive Engineer of

Dharamshala Municipal Corporation had already addressed a

communication to the Sub Divisional Magistrate,

Dharamshala in this regard. Therefore, in order to give a

quietus to the dispute, the Tehsildar, Dharamshala, under the

supervision of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dharamshala

shall carry out an inspection of the land, after notice to the

petitioner, for finding out whether the shops of the petitioner

 are located in his own land in Khasra Nos. 256 and 256/1.

The land of the petitioner shall also be earmarked incidentally

and a report shall be filed as to whether the shops are located

in the land of the petitioner or in the Government land. The

report shall also specify whether the petitioner is in

occupation of any Government land.

The report shall be filed within three weeks. Post

on 22.08.2019 for filing of the report.
