Section 3: The General Assembly shall be held once every semester and when deemed necessary.

ARTICLE XIII

AMENDMENTS

Section 1: The amendments. Any section of these institution or entire article maybe amended or
selected from this constitution upon two thirds (2/3) votes of the present members during
the quorum.

ARTICLE XIV

PENALTIES

Section 1: In case the officer is absent, a penalty to clean necessary places of the department.

Section 2: If incase of the member is absent in the General meeting and activity of the department,
a penalty to consult a present president for giving necessary sanction/s.

Section 3: In the absence of the officer for three (3) consecutive meetings without prior notice, the
body should call a special meeting decision be set as the case maybe.

ARTICLE XV

EFFECTIVITY

Section 1: THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS shall take effect on the month of July of the
Academic Year 2018-2019.
