GENERAL INSTRUCTION FOR STUDENTS:

1. 75% attendance is mandatory for the EST examinations and also for sanction of full scholarship
amount.
2. Marking bio-metric attendance in both the sessions is mandatory.
3. Online Subject/Course registration for AY 2019-20 Semester-I will be enabled till June 30 th , 2019
without any fine and offline registration (at Dean Academics office) up to July 13 th , 2019 by paying
a fine of Rs.500.
4. If any candidate fails to submit the hard copy of registration form, within the stipulated time,
his/her attendance will not be considered.
5. You are permitted only for the registered courses.
6. Every student should be aware of all the academic guidelines and have a quick note of periodic
changes being made in it.
7. It is mandatory to get minimum marks (in between 40 to 50) to get pass grade in any of the
examinations. For complete information, you may refer the grading procedure as per the academic
regulations applicable for AY2019-20 onwards.
