This Rental agreement is made on this 01tst day of October 2018, (01-10-2018) at
Bangalore, between:-
Mrs.HASEENA KHANUM. Residing No.7A, 2nd E Main 60 Feet Road,
Bhoopasandra, Bangalore-560094. hereinafter called the LESSOR/OWNER of the
one part and

Mr. VINAY BABU V. S/o. Venugopal, On behalf of M/s HOPE CHARITABLE

TRUST, Residing No.26,6th Cross, Bairappa Layout, Nagashetty Halli, Bangalore-

The terms owner and tenant shall mean and includes their respective legal heirs,
representatives executors successors and assigns etc.,

WHEREAS, The owner is the absolute title holder of a schedule Office premises of
M/s HOPE CHARITABLE TRUST, Which is more fully described hereunder
mentioned in the schedule premises and intended to let-out on monthly rental basis on
the following terms and conditions to the tenant herein ;


1. The tenancy is period of 11 (Eleven Months) commenced from 01st October

2018, which shall be continued by mutual consent between the lessor.

2. The tenant has paid a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to the
owner, before the witnesses and the owner received the entire advance amount and
assured to refund the said amount to the tenant with out any rate of interest during the
vacating period of the schedule Office premises.
3. The tenant should pay the monthly rent of Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand
Rupees Only) to the owner, every month on or before 5 th day, as per the English
calendar without fail.

4. The tenant should pay the electricity consumption charges to the BESCOM
authorities as per their bill every month on or before the due date, and keep the
payment receipts up to date without fail.

5. The tenant should pay the water consumption charges to concerned authorities
as per the every month without fail.

6. The tenant should use the schedule premises only for their Office purposes in the
name & style of M/s HOPE CHARITABLE TRUST, and he should not do any
illegal activities which are against to the law. The tenant should not sub-let or under-let
the schedule premises to any other persons without consenting the owner.

7. The tenant shall not alter the premises and he should use and maintain the
premises without causing any damages to the structures or its fixture. If any damages
caused by the tenant, then the same shall be borne by tenant at own cost and risk.

8. It is agreed between the parties that if any one wish to discontinue the tenancy
period, then the interested party should issue (03) three months prior notice on other
