CONTRACT OF WORK IN THE CONSTRUCTION and PAINTING OF TABLE FOR E-CLASSROOM

This agreement made as of 29th Day of NOVEMBER, 2018, between Alviola Village
Central Elementary School Principal-MRS. MERLYN D. SANCHEZ First party and the second party
the contract worker/carpenter name PASCUAL M. PINO and JUNEL DE LOYOLA.

WHEREAS, the first party and the second party have an agreement to work on the
construction of tables of E-Classroom:

IN CONSIDERATION of agreement the parties agree as follows:

1. The second party agrees that he and his co-worker will start the
Work on November 29, 2018

2. That the length of time estimated for the construction of the table mention above will
be opt on the availability of the materials purchased through the DCP Fund Batch 42.

3. That the first party should have sometimes an ocular supervision during
the time of work to see whether the second party follows the quality
and standards of the fabrication and installation.

5. That the second party should be in-charge of the whole finish output
assigned.

6. As full compensation for all the jobs/work accomplished the second

party shall be paid of the amount of Four Thousand Two Hundred (Php 4200.00,)
PAKYAW SYSTEM
Such payments shall be taken from the DCP Fund Budget Batch 42

This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the first party and the second party has set his
Hand as of the date first above written.
