Bahagia Abadi (PT. MBA) which is developer of Balikpapan Regency. Both of
them are under SMR Group. In Balikpapan Regency we build residential and
commercial cluster, include the infrastructure. We have 6 cluster residential, 1
cluster combining medium residential and commercial, 1 cluster combining suite
residential and commercial. The largest residential cluster consist around 600
unit housing.

2010 – 2012 : Civil Construction Section Head, PT. Buma.

PT. Buma has several job site around Kalimantan. To support production (back
then we have high target and always increase) we develop Construction
Department (used to under GA), and centralized from head office in order to
maintain the construction and maintenance (all site and head office) always on
track, more transparent and measurable.

2009 – 2010 : Operation Manager, Devisjaya Adv. (Sumatera –

Jawa).
Devis Jaya is an advertising company that operates around Java and Sumatra.
Job of operation department are to perform maintenance on existing billboard,
looking for land, lease land, build of new billboards, coordinate with the
communities and government related to permit, coordinate with marketing
department about request point from customer, not to forget run daily operational
Head Office and monitoring at branch.
My key function was to coordinate all sector in order to run well, evaluate
procedures that are not optimal and made a strategic move when necessary also
regularly report to Board of Director.

2007 – 2009 : Project Manager, PT. Encona, Jakarta.
