Dear Sir David:

Prior to actual site condition and with all the collective information from SC MCDC(contractor)
and LAGAN(designer), we do recommend the approval of SC MCDC’s Quotation for the Jet
Grouting Works with such following reasons.

Rationale:

1. As per design plan, Fire Protection Floor Control Valve Assembly is located inside the Rentable
Spaces. We don’t want to compromise the rentable spaces, so we suggest to relocate the said
assembly to common areas because this pipe assembly will undergo regular inspection and
maintenance. Below are the Floor Plan Lay-out and Floor Control Valve Assembly Detail.

2. As per proposed plan, Fire Protection Floor Control Valve Assembly is now located inside the
Common Area (Service / Storage Area) which is the best suitable relocation spot but some
Electrical System (Panel Boards) is also located on this areas and as per Building Code and Basc
Construction Standard, when such scenario occurred, we have to make a firm separation between
the Water and Electrical system so we came up on proposing the CHB Pipe Chase in order to
protect the Electrical Panel in case of water leaked.

3. LAGAN approved this Proposal.

Prior to these Information, we would like to officially seek for your approval on ACI’s Quotation
for the Pipe Chase/Cladding for the Fire Protection & Plumbing Pipes amounting in PESOS: (ONE
HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWO & 00/100) (102,102.00).

Just be mindful that,

a. As per SC MCDC’s Original Quotation, they have considered 5 location for the said pipe
chase/cladding which costs 155, 095.00 but their summation is incorrect.

b. As per MBI’s Evaluation, the Cladding will only cover 2 floor levels (2 locations @ GF & 1
location @ 2F) and will only cost 102,102.00 pesos.
