First activity is mobilization then a survey is conducted to find the area of the lot then begins a stakeout.
Afer the stakeout an excavation is conducted for soil investigation then filling is done afer the investigation.
Rebar works is next forming the beams, column, slab, and footing then frameworks and scaffolding and then concrete works.
Afer the concrete dries there begin activities water proofing, masonry works and water works.
Afer water proofing to prevent water from entering then begins plumbing fixtures adding the toilet, sink, etc. afer that the activity drainage is performed.
When the activity water works is done tile works can now begin then the fire protection.
Afer the CHB wall is done drying painting can now begin then electrical works then the installation of doors and windows.
Afer installing the doors and windows the signage can begin then the last activity which is demobilization.
