Sir / Madam,

An Unfair Means case has been registered against you during conduct of NIOS D.El.Ed Examination
held in March 2019. The UFM Committee of NIOS will scrutinize the charges framed for necessary action.

Before a decision is taken in this regard, you are hereby given an opportunity to appear in person and
explain your conduct for above alleged unfair means in NIOS D.El.Ed Exam before the Unfair Committee on
20.08.2019 at 11:00am at NIOS Headquarter, A-24/25, institutional Area, Sector-62, NOIDA.

In case you are unable to appear before UFM, you may send written statement so as to reach this office
by 18.08. 2019 positively. Please note that no other person shall be allowed to represent on your behalf in this
matter. You have to show your identity card before you are allowed to appear before the UFM Committee. you

Please note that in case you fail to present yourself or send the written statement by the aforesaid date,
no further opportunity will be available, It will be assumed that you are accepting the allegations and a decision
taken by the Unfair Means Committee on merits shall be final and binding on you.

Please quote complete Reference No., Roll No. mentioned as above in your letter. Please note that no
DA/TA and conveyance charges will be paid by NIOS to appear.
