ISSUE
#. ZF-cPOWER RECALIBRATION
Hydrostatic and clutch calibration should be performed under the following conditions.
- Transmission oil is changed.
- Transmission control unit (TCU) is replaced.
- Transmission is replaced.
- There is a problem with the shifting quality of the transmission.
* When the transmission is recalibrated, it is recommended to perform hydrostat calibration prior to clutch calibratio
* Please refer the attached instructions to understand how to recalibrate them with ZF TEST MAN, or contact ZF dea
* Doosan's technician will be able to recalibrate them via Gauge Panel as below.

#. Oil information
- When each region is not able to secure the oil confirmed by ZF, please contact a local ZF dealer to find out proper
substitutions.

#. Transmission Cold start

CASE1) - Active cold start(No gear engagement)
- If the oil temperature of the transmission sump is below -2°C, the transmission must undergo a cold start procedu
You can check the progress of the ongoing cold start on the front instrument panel.

 Upon its completion, the F/R/N indicator lamp at the center of the panel blinks. Then, the operator can start driving a
releasing the parking brake.
* Do not release the parking brake before its completion.

CASE2) - Limited Drive(Gear engagement)

- -2°C < engine sump temperature < 10°C, machine can be operated in first range only. (100rpm)
- An operator needs to drive the machine to warm up the transmission sufficiently for approximately 45 seconds.
During this process, the F/R/N indicator lamp at the center of the panel blinks and the machine operates restrictedly.
Once the transmission has warmed up enough, the F/R/N indicator lamp stops blinking and the machine becomes abl
exert its full performance.
- Reversals possible only with intermediate neutral shift in standstill. Machine can move in both directions.
* If the operator do not move the machine, it's going to jump into active cold start.

#. Cooler support function

Activation : If the transmission sump oil temperature, C_SUMP, exceeds the 85 degree threshold
while the machine is running in range 1, the limitation to range 1 becomes active immediately
and the rim pull limitation as described below becomes active.
Deactivation : The transmission sump oil temperature, C_SUMP, falls below a value of 83 degree,
and the Accelerator Pedal Position signal received from the CAN bus falls below threshold Lim_Reset_T

#. Gear Box information

#. Filter Information
- First oil change after 2,000 operating hours.
Further oil changes after 2,000 operating hours.
Oil filter must be replaced at each oil change.
*After each oil change first calibrate the hydrostatic unit, then the clutches. (Ensure cleanliness of oil and filter.)
- The transmission has a filter bypass valve. With the SPN523305 FM10(Oil filter contaminated) error code,
the transmission shows the operator a contaminated filter. After this message at the display, the filter needs to be repl

- The second filter(hydrostatic filter) needs to be replaced every 4000 operating hours.
