Brief & Wireframe for developing a Mobile APP for Arts Youth Festival

THE IDEA

To develop an APP to Conduct a virtual Arts Festival for youth under the Catholic Church.
After launching the APP, The first few days we will have the participants registered and upload their videos.
In those days they can only upload the videos, the videos will not be showcased.
Then we will close the entries and will showcase the performances in the respective event sections and, anybody
can vote after downloading the app. We don’t need a registration for voting.
Once the voting days are finished, we shall display the winners.
There will be 500 - 1500 participants

•  There will be a 1st 2nd and 3rd place in each sections. And they will be given points according to
the votes they get.
•  The person / Church that gets the most number of points will become the overall Champion.
•  There will be an overall champion male, overall champion female and an overall champion Church.

 REQUIREMENTS
•  Candidates should be able to Log in and then select the events they want to participate and then upload
their performances.
•  Candidates can log in as an individual OR with a Team’s name with the details of the Team leader
•  Candidates/ Teams should be allowed to upload only one video per event
•  Candidates/ Teams can participate in multiple Events
•  Candidates/ Teams should first select the events they want to participate and then they should be allowed
to see the upload buttons of only those events
•  Once they upload the video, they should get a message intimating that they will be informed via e mail if
their performance is shortlisted for the voting, then they should get back to the window to upload the
remaining events.
•  Candidates/ Teams can upload to different events in different times, So once they upload an event and log
out, and when they log in again, they should be taken to the window with the remaining event upload
buttons
•  Once the Voting starts, a user should be able to search the Events / Participant Names
 RESULTS

• We need to Generate the a result with the votes that each candidate got. That will be also displayed under
their showcased video
• We need to Generate the a result with top 5 scorers for each events
• We need to Get all the videos in folders of respective events which can be sent to the professional judges if
required
• We need to Generate the consolidated points of the winners to find the Champions
