20G

Boiler steel pipe

20G is the steel material of GB 5310- 2008. GB 5310- 2008 standard is applicable to seamless
tubes for making steam boiler whose pressure is high or higher and seamless tubes used as
pipelines.

Each length of pipe shall be subjected to the hydrostatic test. Also, each pipe shall be examined by
a non-destructive examination method in accordance to the required practices.

20G 高压锅炉管

高压锅炉管是锅炉管的一种，属于无缝钢管类别。制造方法与无缝管相同，但对制造钢管所用的钢种有严格
的要求。20G 高压锅炉管使用时经常处于高温和高压条件，管子在高温烟气和水蒸气的作用下，会发生氧化和
腐蚀。要求钢管具有高的持久强度，高的抗氧化腐蚀性能，并有良好的组织稳定性。高压锅炉管主要用来制
造高压和超高压锅炉的过热器管、再热器管、导气管、主蒸汽管等。

Application:
Applicable to seamless tubes for making steam boiler whose pressure is high or higher and
seamless tubes used as pipelines.

Steel grade:
GB 5310- 2008

Marking:
Pipes are supplied with marking according to standard and customer request.
Marking is paint on the ends of pipes.
The same data, as well as additional information per customer’s request, is indicated on the bundle’s tags.

Delivery:
Pipes are supplied in hexagonal bundles or round bundles tied with steel strip.
Weight of bundle – up to 5000 kg upon request of customer.
Each bundle is furnished with three tags.

Surface and Dimension Test
No-destructive Test
Hydrostatic Test

Surface treatment:
Oil-dip, Varnish, passivation, phosphating, Shot Blasting.
Both ends of each crate will indicate the order no., heat no., dimensions, weight and bundles or as requested.

Sunny steel’s tubing and pipe are produced to dimensional tolerances and finish requirements of ASTM and
ASME A179, A 249/SA 249, A 688/SA 688, and A 803/SA 803 specifications.
