Responsibilities
Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within
time limits
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals

Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment,

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.
pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the
reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Check the bus tires, lights, and oil and do other basic maintenance
Keep the bus clean and presentable to the public
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations
Follow a planned route according to a time schedule

conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and
electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body
damage.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and
systems.
Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and
combustion control standards.
Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions;
troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive
maintenance; calling for repairs.
Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
technical publications.
