General Manager

Duties and responsibilities

 Sets company goals and policies

 Contrive a working capital, short and long term budget of the firm

 Approves the purchase requisition made by the procurement buyer

 Approves necessary action to be taken by each department

 Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the

production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products

 Approves the proposed compensation for each employee by HR.

Accountant

Duties and responsibilities

 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing
account information.
 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
 Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
 Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance
sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and
procedures.
 Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering
questions.
 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account
information.
 Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

Requirements:
 Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
 Awareness of business trends
 Experience with creating financial statements
 Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
 Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
 Accuracy and attention to detail
 Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
 Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Event organizer

Responsibilities
 Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within
time limits
 Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
 Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
 Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
 Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
 Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment,
transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
 Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
 Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities

Requirements
 Proven experience as an events planner or organizer
 Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate
events)
 Excellent time management and communication skills
 Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
 Ability to manage multiple projects independently
 MS Office proficiency
 Willing to submit references from previous clients
 BS in Event Management or related field

Receptionist
Responsibilities
 Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
 Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
 Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.
pens, forms and brochures)
 Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
 Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the
reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Requirements
 Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or
similar role
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
 Professional attitude and appearance
 Solid written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
 Excellent organizational skills

Security Guard

Duties and Responsibilities

 Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure

environment

 Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbance

 Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property

 Take accurate notes and report unusual occurrences suspicious incidents


 Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter

 Monitor and control access at building and vehicle gates

 Watch alarm systems, CCTV and operate emergency equipment

 Perform first aid or CPR

Job Specification

 Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position

 Trained security officer with diploma

 Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

 Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols

 Surveillance skills and detail orientation

 Integrity and professionalism

Bus driver

 Check the bus tires, lights, and oil and do other basic maintenance
 Keep the bus clean and presentable to the public
 Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations
 Follow a planned route according to a time schedule
 Help disabled passengers get on and off the bus
 Obey traffic laws and state and federal transit regulations
 Follow procedures to make sure they and all passengers are safe

Requirements

 Must have a commercial driver's license (CDL)

 Must be able to speak, read, and understand English


 Must be at least 18 years of age

 Must have at least 20/40 vision and a 70-degree field of vision in each eye

 Must have a clean driving record

 Must have good hearing

 Must be tested for drugs and alcohol prior to being hired and periodically while hired

Mechanic

Responsibilities

 Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing
preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and
changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
 Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints;
conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and
electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body
damage.
 Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and
systems.
 Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and
combustion control standards.
 Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
 Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
 Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions;
troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive
maintenance; calling for repairs.
 Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
 Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
technical publications.

Requirements

 Proven experience as Mechanic


 Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their
components
 Aptitude in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and precision measurement
tools (e.g. calipers)
 Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
 A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
 Very good communication skills
 A problem-solving ability
 Very good physical strength and stamina

 High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of


apprenticeship is a definite plus

Manual Policy

8. If the employee decides to resign or leave the company, he or she is required to

submit a letter of resignation addressed to the officer in charge.

9. All employees are entitled for a day-off.

10. Employees are entitled of sixty minutes time-frame for their regular meals.
