Dear: Ms. Cruz,

This is to serve as a response to the demand letter you sent on the ground of non-payment of
rental fees. I would like to reiterate my clamour on the damages and unmaintained facilities of
the rented unit. The same also serves as my basis in withholding my rent as it was used to make
the necessary repairs which was previously mentioned in my request letter. Up until today, the
windows have not been repaired and I am still distressed by the sightings of rodents in the house.

Also, attached is the request letter with receipts for the initial repairs done in the unit.
