Hey, it’s election time again! Go online and vote for your student representative on SUS Council.

It is
important that you vote, so you can have the best representation possible on council. Plus, voting
online is super easy!

If you are in first-year (excluding Science One and CSP students, who have their own election), you
will be voting for two First Year Representatives. If you are in second-year or above, you will be
voting for a Program Representative to represent your department.

VOTING PERIOD:
a) First Year Representatives: Wednesday, September 21st at 5:00 PM to Friday, September 23rd
at 11:59 PM
b) Department Representatives: Wednesday, September 21st at 5:00 PM to Sunday, September
25th at 11:59 PM

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Login to SimplyVoting with your CWL account.

2. Select “Science Undergraduate Society 2016 Fall Election - First Year Rep” or “Science
Undergraduate Society 2016 Fall Election - Program Rep” depending on your year.

3. For the First Year Rep election, up to two candidates may be selected. For the Program Rep
election, votes will be restricted by department (e.g., Biology students will only be able to vote for the
Biology Rep).
