KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Helped lead a reorganization of the structure to support technology use in the Sunnyvale School District. Was
instrumental in the development and implementation of a new technology vision by clarifying the roles of
information systems, hardware and infrastructure, and defining the effective use of technology in instruction.

• Implemented the Cupertino Union School District’s instructional technology vision that yielded equitable and
safe access of devices, use of devices as an instructional tool to enhance student learning, and initiated a
culture of data throughout the district.

• As a Board Member for the Oak Grove School District, served multiple years on the technology subcommittee.
The committee’s responsibilities included an annual review of all district policies pertaining to the use of
instructional technology and consulted on the District’s tech plan to ensure compliance with State and Federal
legislative changes. This work resulted in providing students and staff the necessary resources to successfully
implement CAASPP testing and provide digital tools to classrooms throughout the District.

Manager of Information Systems and Human Resources February 2017 – Present

Oversees a number of vital district functions, including student registration, information systems, and employee
relations for certificated and classified staff. Works with all departments to find technical solutions to streamline
data systems.

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Student Information System, data dashboards, and applications.
• Serves as the District’s McKinney-Vento liaison to ensure support for homeless and foster youth in the district.
• Implemented an integrated employee management system to streamline hiring and employee access to
records.
• Serves as a member for the district’s negotiations team for the classified and certificated staff.
SILICON VALLEY EDUCATION FOUNDATION

Clearly communicated organization’s vision and mission to key stakeholders, donors, and community partners.
