AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, MARK ANTHONY MANIAGO y Santos, of legal

age, married, Filipino, and presently residing at St.
Anthony St., Magnus Tierra Verde, Pallocan West,
Batangas City after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That I am the biological father of minor children

MARY ANGELINE G. MANIAGO and MARY ANGELICA
G. MANIAGO;

That my sister, MARIA SOCORRO MANIAGO

BUENSUCESO, intends to bring my aforementioned
children to HONGKONG for a vacation;

That I am giving my consent and allowing my

children to travel with my sister to the abovementioned
destination;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the

truth of all the foregoing facts and circumstances, to
inform proper authorities that I am consenting and do
not interpose any objection for my children MARY
ANGELINE G. MANIAGO and MARY ANGELICA G.
MANIAGO to travel with my sister, MARIA SOCORRO
MANIAGO BUENSUCESO, to HONGKONG.
