ENTREPRENEURAL BEHAVIOR

l. Executive summary-

Target sales for whole year in each group to reach a 3 million qouta every month. The problem

is that after giving the documents of the clients as an agent we cannot view the commision

update. The Company dont have advance technology to cascades update in their system. To

browse and view every developers availabilty and price, I think the company should hire an I.T

specialist for faster and advance update for their agents and the systems so that agents will do

their job best and to disturb for their selling time.

ll. Point of view

As sales agent our part is to give the documents of the clients to the company, but

when it comes to the receipts of voucher and commision they dont give updated

voucher and slow process of distribution of receipts Of clients and the commisions
voucher of agents.

lll. Statement of the problem

• Slow processing of documents of clients which cause the delay also of the commission of agent

lV. 0bjectives

 1. To improve the sytems of the company with the help and assistance of IT expert

2. To be able to improve faster transactions the company should add encoder

3. To cater more clients for having bulk data system.

V.Alternative course of action

In my own opinion our company should have a Faster I. T. system in handling the large data

transactions of sales and documents of clients.

1. Company should hire an I. t. expert

2. Company should have a website to easily access of every agents

3. Company should be have an updated system so that agents will have an easy access to all the
transactions they do.

Vl.Recomendation

The best solution for our company's problem is to have a faster system that will cater the large

data of company, clients and agents too.
