Greetings of peace and joy from the Ministry of Altar Servers! As the Holy week is quickly approaching
we would like to invite your children to be part and to be of service during the most important event of
the Catholic Calendar: Holy week. Below is the schedule of the masses and activities during the Holy
week.

As observed in the schedule most Eucharistic celebrations and activities are scheduled at night. We care
for your children’s safety so we came up with an overnight sleepover wherein the altar servers will sleep
together in the rooms located at the Mama Mary’s hall. This sleepover’s purpose is for your child not to
risk their safety during late night. Also, the sleepover will also be beneficial in terms of practice and
bonding as friends and family.
For better convenience and organization, we encourage your child to bring the following:
 Beddings such as pillows and blankets.
 Personal hygiene kit including toothbrush, soap, face towel, and tooth paste
 Extra food
 Black shoes, white shirt, and black slacks

Additional reminders:
 Practices will be held before each service so please expect your child to be called throughout
next week.
 Servers will be able to go home during the morning to take their baths, eat their breakfast, and
spend time with their family as there are no scheduled masses at that period but practices and
meeting may commence later on.
