Introduction:
Tapal Tea is a Pakistani major tea brand based in Karachi, Pakistan. It
was founded by Adam Ali Tapal in 1945. Tapal enjoy a good 34% of the brand tea
market. In southern region, Tapal is the market leader with 65% of the market
share where Karachi is the hub. Currently there are 375-400 permanent employees.
If we include the outsourced ones it would be approximately 3000.
