Education Subsidy (TES)

What is CHED Unifast TES?

Also known as The Unified Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education
or The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), is one of the core programs
under the Republic Act (RA) No. 10931 also known as the Universal
Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA).

The TES is a grants-in-aid program that provides funding for all Filipino
students from indigent such 4Ps, Listahanan family & PWD student
and other indigents based on Family Income Capita.

OLFU College of Nursing, being a CHED-recognized local university

is privilege to enlist its indigent students in this program.

Benefits?
Once a Unifast TES Nursing Student beneficiary, he/ she will receive
a Php 60,000 per year grant as an aid to support the costs of his/her
Nursing education, particularly the tuition fee, books and other
education-related expenses such as transportation, supplies, room,
lodging and board fees.

Additional Php 10,000.00 for Board Exam Courses like Nursing at the
end of the study.
Requirements based on your Category?

1) Member of Listahanan or 4Ps

*Provide photocopy of ID of Membership
*Provide the Household Number
2) Residency (Valenzuela City Residents)
*Certificate of Indigency / Residency (named to the student)
3) Non – Resident of Valenzuela -Family Income per Capita
*Provide Affidavit of Non-Filing

Additional Requirements?

For Applicants living with Guardians:

Applicant must secure a notarized affidavit of guardianship
Photocopy of Guardian’s Valid ID with Signature
For PWD Applicants:
Photocopy of PWD ID
For Applicants boarding/renting in Valenzuela:
Applicant must be able to provide the requirements needed
for applicants living in Valenzuela City
For Married Applicants:
Applicant must secure a copy of Marriage Cert
Photocopy of partner’s Valid ID with Signature

5. Submit per section. Put inside a long plastic envelop with
hardcopy and soft copy of TES Reqt Template
6. We will wait for processing and approval from CHED
