DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by LORETO J. FAJARITO, married

to__________________, and a resident of _________________ and herein
represented by her son RUSSEL FAJARITO by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney
dated ___________, recorded in the Notarial Book of Atty.______________, book
no.____________, page no._________, series of 2019, hereinafter called the
DONOR in favor of the HEIRS OF MANUEL F. SANTILLAN, represented by VERONICA
F. SANTILLAN, residents of Tumingad, Odiongan, Romblon, hereafter called the
DONEES: withnesseth:

That the DONOR is the owner in the fee simple of that certain real property,
containing a total area of ___________________ situated in Tumingad, Odiongan,
covered by Transfer/Original Certificate of Title No._______________of the Registry
of Deeds of the Province of Romblon.

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for
the DONEES, the said DONOR of these presents does hereby give, transfer, and
convey unto the DONEES, their heirs and assigns, FOUR HUNDRED (400) SQUARE
METERS (SQ.MTS) portion, part and parcel of the above-described property of the
DONOR of these presents.

That the DONEES do hereby accept this donation and do express their gratitude
for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.

represented by her son RUSSEL FAJARITO, by virtue of the above-described Special
Power of Attorney, has made unto us the foregoing donation consisting of 2 pages,
as her donation and has signed the same and every page thereof, on the left margin
in our joint presence, and we in turn,have witnessed and signed the same and every
page thereof, on the left margin in the presence of the donor and in the presence of
each and all of us.
